GRILLED CHICKEN WITH CITRUS SALSA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Plum tomatoes, chopped 2 ea.
Red onion, medium, chopped 1/2 ea.
Lime, zest and juice 1 ea.
Orange juice 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Chicken breast, boneless 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine everything except the chicken breasts, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill or broil for 6-8 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Top with salsa and serve.
