CHIPOTLE-ORANGE CHICKEN

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breast, boneless 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
Cumin, ground 2 Tbsp.
Onion, medium, chopped 1 ea.
Orange juice 1 cup
Lime, juice of 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and cumin.
  2. Brown chicken in a pan; then add the onions. Let the onions cook 2 minutes; then add orange juice, lime juice and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  3. Cover, reduce the heat and let cook another 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done.
