Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Lime, juice of 2 ea.
Cumin, ground 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Garlic, clove, finely chopped 3 ea.
Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into thin strips 1 lb.
Onion 1 ea.
Red bell pepper 1 ea.
Yellow bell pepper 1 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
Hamburger buns 6 ea.
Sour cream (to top) as needed
Guacamole (to top) as needed


  1. In a medium bowl, combine oil, lime juice, cumin, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, garlic and chicken strips. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. While chicken is marinating, slice onion, seed peppers and cut into thin strips.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken mixture and cook, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper and place on buns.
  5. Top with sour cream and guacamole and serve.
