Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breasts, boneless 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Onion, medium, chopped 1 ea.
Celery stalks, chopped 2 ea.
Apple cider 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Sage 1/2 tsp.
Egg noodles as needed


  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Add oil to the pan and then the chicken, onions and celery. Let chicken brown well on one side and then turn.
  4. Add the cider, TABASCO® Sauce and sage, bring to a simmer and cover. Let cook 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
