Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Italian sausage, crumbled 6 oz.
Onion, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Poblano pepper, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Corn, roasted 4 oz.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Water 1-1/2 cups
Butter 4 Tbsp.
Cornbread, crumbled 6 oz.


  1. Using a large sauté pan, combine oil, Italian sausage, onions and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add corn, garlic and TABASCO® Sauce to sauté pan and cook until sausage is completely done.
  3. In a 1-1/2-qt. pot, bring water to a boil. Add cornbread, remove from heat and add ingredients in sauté pan to pot.
