Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Onions, diced 6 oz.
Ground beef, cooked, crumbled 8 oz.
Macaroni, cooked 8 oz.
Tomatoes, chopped 10 oz.
Tomato paste 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 oz.

Method

  1. Heat medium sauté pan, add olive oil and onions and cook until onions are translucent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.

Yield: 3 8-oz. portions
