Ingredients Weight Measure
Onion, diced 1/2" 4 oz.
Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Ham, diced 1/2" 4 oz.
Celery, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Oregano 1 tsp.
Sage, crumbled 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Pinto beans, prepared 15 oz.
White beans, prepared 15 oz.
Water 2 cups
Ziti pasta, prepared, warm 2 lbs.


  1. Using a 3-qt. saucepan, heat oil and cook onions until translucent.
  2. Add garlic, ham and celery and cook additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add oregano, sage, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, salt, beans and water. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Combine prepared pasta with bean sauce and serve.
