FLAMING-HOT CORN DOGS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bisquick® mix 2 cups
Water 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz.
Skewers, 6" 6 ea.
Hot dogs 6 ea.

Method

  1. Using a small bowl, mix Bisquick®, water and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and set aside.
  2. Insert skewers into the hot dogs, lengthwise.
  3. Roll the hot dogs in batter. Deep-fry at 350®F until golden brown and fully heated. (If the batter is too thin or thick, adjust accordingly with Bisquick® and/or water.)
