Ingredients Weight Measure
Ground beef 1-1/2 lbs.
Onion, chopped 2 oz.
Carrot, chopped 2 oz.
Celery, chopped 2 oz.
Egg 1 ea.
Breadcrumbs 2 oz.
Ketchup 4 oz.
Worcestershire sauce 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon, strips 4 ea.
Cheddar cheese, shredded to taste


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onions, carrots, celery, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Form into loaf on baking sheet. Arrange bacon strips on top of loaf.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and serve.
