Ingredients Weight Measure
Spaghetti, dry 2 lbs.
Salt to taste
White pepper, ground to taste
Vegetable oil 3 oz.
Pork, fresh, cubed 2-1/2 lbs.
Yellow onions, medium diced 3 ea.
Garlic, minced 4 oz.
Curry paste, mild 5 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2-1/2 oz.
Coconut milk 22 oz.
Honey 3-1/2 oz.
Scallions, fresh, chopped, for garnish as needed


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Season with salt and white pepper and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan.
  3. Sauté pork briefly; add onions and garlic and sauté another 3 minutes. Add curry paste and stir well. Deglaze with TABASCO® Sauce.
  4. Turn down heat; add coconut milk and honey. Stir well and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Combine with spaghetti and toss well.
  5. Serve on hot plates garnished with chopped scallions.

Yield: 12-20 servings
