ISLAND CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE MESQUITE MARINADE

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2-1/2 oz.
Soy sauce 1-1/2 oz.
Garlic, granulated 3/4 oz.
Pineapple juice 1/4 cup
Rice wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Sugar 2 Tbsp.
Sesame seed oil 2 Tbsp.
Curry powder 2 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp.
Salt 2 tsp.
Mesquite seasoning 2 tsp.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour over your choice of steaks, chicken, pork ribs,shrimp or scallops.
  3. Marinade times: steaks/12 hours, chicken or ribs/8-12 hrs, shrimp or scallops/3-4 hrs.
  4. Use excess marinade to brush over item when grilling to enhance flavor.
