TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Pineapple juice 3 oz.
Lime juice 3 oz.
Lemon juice 3 oz.
Orange juice 3 oz.
Garlic, fresh, crushed 3 oz.
Vegetable oil 3 oz.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Pepper 3/4 tsp.


  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour marinade over your choice of chicken, shrimp, scallops or tuna steak and refrigerate.
  3. Marinade times: chicken/8-12 hrs, shrimp or scallops/3-4 hrs, tuna steak/6-8 hrs.

Yield: 3-1/4 cups
