TABASCO® RED EYE HAM STEAKS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter, clarified 10 Tbsp.
Ham steaks, 10 oz. 50 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 10 tsp.
Chicken broth 10 oz.
Water 10 oz.

Method

  1. For each serving, heat skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. butter and place one 10 oz. steak in pan. Allow to brown 2-3 minutes on each side. Do not burn. Place steak on plate and keep warm.
  3. Lower heat, add 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce, 2 oz. chicken broth, 2 oz. water and place steak back in skillet. Allow liquid to reduce by half.
  4. Place steak on clean plate. Top with red eye gravy, garnish and serve.
