KICKIN' CHICKEN POT PIE WRAP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breast 1-1/2 lbs.
Onion, julienne 1/2 oz.
Carrots, thin julienne 1/2 oz.
Celery, thin julienne 1/2 oz.
Chicken, velouté 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla, flour 12" 1 ea.
Pepper Jack cheese, shredded 1 oz.

Method

  1. Grill chicken breast and julienne.
  2. Sauté onions, carrots and celery until tender.
  3. Add Chicken velouté, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Add cooked chicken and turn off heat.
  5. Place in center of tortilla. Add cheese and fold like a burrito.
  6. Slice into sections.
