Baby back pork ribs 15 lbs.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 10 oz.
Ketchup 7 lbs. 2 oz.
Brown sugar 8 oz.
Cider vinegar 4 oz.
Mustard, dry 4 oz.


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Clean and rinse ribs. To avoid irritation, put on latex gloves and rub 1/4 cup of TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce into ribs.
  3. Cut full racks in half, layer in 6" hotel pan and cover tightly in foil.
  4. Roast in oven for 3 hours or until tender.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended to make a sauce.
  6. Place ribs in single layer on a low heated grill. Brush generously with sauce, turning and brushing several times until desired doneness.
