Ingredients Weight Measure
Soy sauce 5 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 5 oz.
Canola oil 2 oz.
Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.
Red pepper, flakes 2 tsp.
Lime, juice 2 tsp.
Garlic clove, minced 2 ea.
Chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless 12 ea.


  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix.
  2. Place chicken breasts and mixture in bag. Marinate 2 hours to overnight.
  3. Heat grill and cook chicken 4-6 minutes each side.

Yield: 12 servings
