Tiff's Jalapeño Pepper Jelly

Jalapeño, sliced, pickled 1/2 cup
Sweet red pepper, small, diced 1 ea.
White vinegar 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 4 oz.
Sugar 3 cups
Pectin, liquid, pouch 1 ea.

Beer, 12 oz. 3 ea.
Coke® 1 cup
Soy sauce 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/3 cup
Vinegar 1/3 cup
Pineapple juice 1/3 cup
Brown sugar 1/3 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup
Canola oil 1-1/2 oz.
Liquid smoke, concentrated 1-1/2 oz.
Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp.
Black pepper 1 Tbsp.
Steak spice as needed
Steaks (10-12 oz.) 12-20 ea.


  1. To prepare the Tiff's Jalapeño Pepper Jelly, put all ingredients in food processor and blend thoroughly.
  2. Transfer to medium saucepan and bring to high boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour into heated glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. To prepare Steaks, in a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks and whisk thoroughly.
  5. Add steaks to mixture, cover with wrap and let marinate in refrigerator. Turn steaks after 4 hours and continue to marinate 8-24 hours.
  6. Remove steaks from bowl and sprinkle with steak spice. Cook on medium hot grill.
  7. Serve with Tiff's Jalapeño Pepper Jelly.

Yield: 12-20 servings
