TABASCO® CHIPOTLE HOTTIE TOTTIE MAI TAI

Ingredients Weight Measure
Ice cubes 10 oz.
Light rum 1 oz.
Curaçao 1 oz.
Grenadine 1/2 oz.
Amaretto 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Pineapple slice, for garnish 2 oz.

Method

  1. Add ice into shaker. Add rum, curaçao, grenadine and amaretto; shake well. Pour into a glass.
  2. Using a small bowl, mix the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and pineapple; let marinate for 5 minutes. Add pineapple for garnish.

Yield: 1 serving
