SHERRY WINE CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE MARINADE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Dry sherry wine 3 oz.
Light brown sugar 1/4 cup
Salad oil 1/4 cup
Salt 2-1/2 tsp.
Soy sauce 3 Tbsp.
Onion, granulated 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, granulated 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 oz.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour over your choice of chicken, pork chops, tuna steak or shrimp.
  3. Marinade time: pork or chicken/8-12 hours, tuna steak/6-8 hours, shrimp/3-4 hours.

Yield: 2 cups
