Ingredients Weight Measure
Smoked turkey, 4 oz. per 3 lbs.
Romaine lettuce, 4 oz. per 3 lbs.
Roma tomatoes, diced, 1 oz. per 12 oz.
Gairrads Caesar Dressing, 2 oz. per 24 oz.
Parmesan cheese, 1/2 oz. per 6 oz.
Spinach flour tortilla, 12" 12 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 18 oz.
Gairrads Ranch Dressing 18 oz.
Cucumbers, sliced, 1 oz. per 12 oz.
Lime, 1/6 th, 1 oz. per 12 oz.
Mixed greens, 1 oz. per 12 oz.
Tomato, 1/4 per 3 ea.


  1. To prepare the TABASCO® Ranch Dipping Sauce, mix 1-1/2 oz. TABASCO® Sauce with 18 oz. Ranch dressing mix. Set aside.
  2. Slice turkey and then cut into strips. Place in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and then chop and place in bowl together with the turkey.
  4. Add diced tomatoes to the bowl.
  5. Add the caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until lettuce is well covered with dressing.
  6. Warm the spinach flour tortilla for 1 minute.
  7. Place all salad ingredients in the middle of the tortilla. Roll tortilla 1/4 way up tightly. Fold in edges and continue to roll up until complete.
  8. For each serving, stick each half of the tortilla with a toothpick and cut on a bias. Stand one half up and lean the other.
  9. Place sliced cucumber, lime, mixed greens and garnishes onto plate around Turkey Twister. Place a 2 oz. cup of Ranch TABASCO® dipping sauce in middle of plate and serve.
