Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs 4 ea.
Milk 1 oz.
White onions, chopped fine 3 ea.
Butter 2 oz.
Pork, ground 5 lbs.
Tomato, diced 3 ea.
Scallion, chopped fine 2 bunches
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 10 dashes
Fennel seed, ground 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper, ground to taste
Puff pastry sheets 4 ea.


  1. Make egg wash with eggs and milk.
  2. Sauté onions in butter until caramelized. Let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except pastry.
  4. To assemble, slightly roll out puff pastry sheets.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash.
  6. Put sausage mix to one end and roll each as you would a strudel.
  7. Brush top of puff pastry sheets with egg wash. Slice in half before baking for 25 minutes in a 350°F oven.
  8. Cut each roll half into 4 equal portions and serve with your favorite vegetable and starch.
