Ingredients Weight Measure
Cabbage, head, medium 1/2 ea.
Carrots, medium, thin sliced 1 ea.
Onion, medium, finely chopped 1 ea.
Sesame oil 2 Tbsp.
Teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, granulated 1/4 tsp.
Onion, granulated 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper, ground 1/4 tsp.
Ginger, ground 1 tsp.
Lime, juice of 1 ea.


  1. Thinly slice the cabbage. Combine with the carrots and onions in a medium bowl and toss. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk to form a dressing.
  3. Toss the dressing with the vegetables. Let marinate 3 hours or overnight.
