Ingredients Weight Measure
Strawberries, sliced 1/2"-1/4 " thick 12 oz.
Goldschlager® Cinnamon Schnapps 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Sugar, divided 1-1/2 tsp.
Bisquick® Mix, follow directions on box 1 batch
Egg, beaten 1 ea.
Whipped cream 1-1/2 oz.
Chocolate syrup 3/4 oz.


  1. Using a small bowl, mix the strawberries, Goldschlager®, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and 1 tsp. sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour.
  2. On parchment paper placed on a sheet pan, roll the Bisquick® 1/4" thick.
  3. Using a 4" circle cutter, cut 6 discs out of the dough. Brush with egg and dust all of the discs with the remaining sugar.
  4. Bake in a 400°F preheated oven until golden brown.
  5. Remove discs from oven and allow to cool.
  6. To serve, place 1 disc on each plate. Add 1/4 oz. of whipped cream, 1/8 oz. chocolate syrup and 2 oz. of strawberries. Repeat the layers and serve.
