Ingredients Weight Measure
Milk, divided 3 cups
Sugar 6 oz.
Semi-sweet baking chocolate 4 oz.
Butter 2 oz.
White bread, 1/2" cubes, dried out 5 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 oz.
Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
Eggs, beaten 3 ea.


  1. Using a bain marie, combine 2 cups milk, sugar, chocolate and butter. Heat mixture until sugar is dissolved and chocolate is melted.
  2. Remove mixture from heat and add the bread, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, vanilla, cinnamon, 1 cup milk and eggs. Let mixture sit for a few minutes until the bread is well soaked.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Grease a 4" third hotel pan with butter and add the bread mixture to the pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry when poked into the center of the pudding.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
