Habanero Country Mustard Sauce

Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Grey Poupon® Country Dijon Mustard 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1-2/3 tsp.

Flour tortillas, 10" 5 ea.
Corned beef, bottom round, shaved 20 oz.
Sauerkraut, drained 1-1/4 cups
Swiss cheese, shredded 10 oz.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients for the Habanero Country Mustard Sauce. Pour into a squeeze bottle and reserve refrigerated.
  2. Lay out tortillas. Squeeze 1 oz. Habanero Country Mustard Sauce over each tortilla. Add 4 oz. corned beef. Top corned beef with 2 oz. sauerkraut and 1-1/2 oz. Swiss cheese. Roll up seam on bottom and place in pan coated with vegetable oil spray. Heat in 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
  3. When done, turn seam up, pin each end and cut in half on a bias. Serve with French fries.
