Ingredients Weight Measure
Ground beef 8 oz.
Onions, small dice 4 oz.
Green, red and yellow bell peppers, small dice
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Tomatoes, crushed 8 oz.
Chili powder 1 Tbsp.
Cumin, ground pinch
Pepper as needed
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Kidney beans 8 oz.
Pizza dough, prepared 30 oz.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz.
Cheddar cheese 4 oz.
Cowboy Chili 1-1/2 lbs.


  1. Cook off ground beef.
  2. Add onions, peppers and garlic and sauté until transparent.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, pepper, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and kidney beans. Cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
  4. Plate chili mixture on pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses over top and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Yield: 1 pie (8 pieces)
