Ingredients Weight Measure
White chunk tuna, drained 14 oz.
Celery, minced 1/4 cup
Onion, minced 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Flour tortilla shells, 8" 5 ea.
White cheddar cheese, shredded 8 oz.


  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except shells and cheese. Reserve refrigerated.
  2. Lay out tortilla shells. Portion about 5 oz. tuna fish mix on each shell. Spread onto bottom half of each shell to within 1/4" of edge.
  3. Top with 1-1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, fold the top over and press lightly.
  4. Lightly grease a 375°F griddle and grill the shells until golden brown.
  5. Cut each shell into 4 wedges and serve with french fries or chips.
