FIERY BISCUIT POT ROAST SANDWICH

Bisquick® biscuit mix 2-1/4 cups
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Buttermilk 2 cups
Cheddar cheese, shredded 2/3 cup

Pot Roast

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pot roast gravy 20 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Pot roast, cooked 25 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 5 oz.

Method

  1. For Biscuits, mix biscuits according to manufacturer's directions. Roll out dough 3/4" thick and cut out 4" biscuits.
  2. Place biscuits on greased pan and bake in 400°F oven 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  3. For Pot Roast, mix gravy and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Reserve hot.
  4. Slice pot roast and heat. Split biscuits in half, dip pot roast in gravy and place over bottom of biscuits. Top with cheese.
  5. Melt the cheese, top with Chipotle Pepper Sauce gravy and replace the top of the biscuit. Serve with potato pancakes and a side of sour cream.
