LEMON GRASS AND GINGER BLOODY MARY

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Mildly Seasoned Bloody Mary Mix 3 oz.
Lemon grass juice 1 oz.
Rue wine 1-1/2 oz.
Ginger, fresh 1/4 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Ice cubes 3 to 4 ea.
Lemon grass leaf, 4"-5", for garnish 1 ea.
Water 2 cups
Lemon grass, chopped 1 stalk

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender except for water, lemon grass and lemon grass leaf. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into shaker and set aside.
  2. Place water and lemon grass in small pot and allow to boil over medium heat. Reduce by half, strain and add to shaker.
  3. Shake mixture for 30 seconds, pour into chilled glass and garnish with lemon grass leaf on stem.

Yield: 1 serving
