Eggs, extra large 2 ea.
Milk, whole 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 lb.
Ricotta cheese 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Garlic, granulated 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
White bread, sliced 20 slices
Marinara sauce, prepared 20 oz.
Prosciutto ham
Breadcrumbs, seasoned 2 cups


  1. In a medium bowl, whip eggs, milk and 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Original Red Sauce. Reserve this egg wash refrigerated.
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, salt, garlic and 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Cut a 3" circle in the middle of each slice of the bread. Use the crust to make the seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Lay out the bread discs on a work surface. Spread cheese filling to within 1/4" of edge on 10 discs. Top each disc with 1 of the remaining 10 discs and pinch the ends tightly to form a seal.
  5. Dip each disc in egg wash and then breadcrumbs. Fry in 340°F oil until golden brown and disc starts to swell. Drain and reserve warm.
  6. Heat the marinara sauce and add TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce. Serve with the bread discs and deep-fried mozzarella and prosciutto ham.
