FINGER-LICKIN HALF-TIME HOT SHRIMP SNACKS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Shrimp, cooled, 25/30 ct. 1 lb.
Onion 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Flour, all purpose 1 cup
Garlic, granulated 2 tsp.
Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
Parsley, dry 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese 3 Tbsp.
Milk 1 cup
Red pepper, minced 2 Tbsp.
Baking powder 2 tsp.

Method

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk slowly. Mix into thick pancake consistency. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
  2. Scoop with #40 scoop into deep fryer (350°F). Allow to fry 4-5 minutes, making sure it's completely cooked in center. Try one first and make adjustments if needed.

Yield: 34 to 36 pieces
