4TH AND GOAL HABANERO BUTTERED POPCORN

Popping corn kernels 1 cup
Vegetable oil as needed
Butter 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce to taste
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Pop corn kernels in oil according to directions.
  2. Melt butter and whip in TABASCO® Habanero Sauce. Reserve warm.
  3. Pour popped corn into large bowl. Toss popcorn while adding habanero butter. Season with salt.
  4. Pour out onto pan and dry in 300°F oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
