SWEET ONION AND PEPPER SAUCE FRITTATA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil, divided 5 Tbsp.
Sweet onions, sliced 2 cups
Green onion 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Eggs, large 10 ea.
Salt 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2-1/2 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese 4 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Heat sauté pan and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Then sauté sweet onions, green onions and garlic about 5 to 6 minutes. Place to side.
  2. Whip eggs, salt, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat nonstick pan with 3 Tbsp. olive oil. Pour onions into egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour egg mixture into nonstick pan and stir slowly until egg cooks halfway.
  5. Place pan into 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. When done, portion into 6 wedges and serve.
