TOMATO CHIPOTLE-JALAPEÑO CHILE COCKTAILS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomato juice, chilled 2 cups
Orange juice 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Onion, minced 1/4 cup
Lime juice 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Ice cubes 1/2 cup
Poblano pepper strips, for garnish 4 ea.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in small chilled glasses. Garnish each with poblano pepper strip.

Yield: 4 servings
