Potatoes, baking, 50 ct. 2 ea.
Foil sheets 2 ea.
Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp.
Gorgonzola cheese 4 oz.
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Onion, granulated 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Heavy cream 3 Tbsp.
Green onion, chopped 2 Tbsp.


  1. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, let cool and unwrap. Throw the foil away.
  2. Cut the baked potaoes in half and scoop out the potato meat into a bowl, leaving just the skin cavity.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the potato meat and mash with a fork (it is supposed to be lumpy).
  4. Fill potato skins with equal portions of the potato filling. Bake in a 400°F oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and serve.
