Bagel 4 ea.
Olive oil 5 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Garlic, granulated 1 tsp.


  1. Cut bagel in 1/2 (not like a sandwich). Stand on edge and slice 1/4" mini rounds. Place on pan and allow to stay out overnight.
  2. Whip olive oil and TABASCO® Sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Place mini bagel rounds in a large bowl, pour 1/2 the oil mix over them and toss well. Pour remaining oil mixture over the bagels, add salt and garlic and toss well.
  4. Place the bagels on a sheet pan, separate well and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until dry and golden brown. Cool and serve.
