Ingredients Weight Measure
Canned pitted bing cherries, 14 oz. 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Chicken breasts, boneless 8 ea.
Seasoned flour 1 cup
Oil 2 Tbsp.


  1. Reduce cherry juice until thick; then add TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and stuff with cherry mixture. Dust the chicken with seasoned flour.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and slowly sauté the chicken until well cooked.
