BOLD SMOKED SALMON WRAP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tortilla wraps 4 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Baked potato, cooked, peeled, diced 1 cup
Béchamel (white sauce) 1/4 cup
Onions, diced, sautéed 1/4 cup
Smoked salmon, dry, flaked 1 cup
Hollandaise sauce 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Brush the wraps with the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  2. Mix the potatoes, white sauce and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and put it in the middle of the wrap.
  3. Add the salmon and hollandaise.
  4. Roll and cut on the bias.
