FIRED UP SPINACH RIPPLE DIP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Frozen chopped spinach 8 oz.
Alfredo sauce mix, prepared 2 cups
Cream cheese 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Frozen crayfish, chopped 2 oz.
Guacamole, for garnish as needed
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, for garnish as needed
Mission® White Round Tortilla Chips 1 cup

Method

  1. Squeeze the water out of the spinach.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the Alfredo sauce.
  3. Add the cream cheese and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and stir until smooth.
  4. Add chopped spinach and crayfish, heat through and pour into a serving dish.
  5. Garnish with guacamole spiced up with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  6. Serve hot with chips.
