BREAKFAST BURRITO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon, pre-cooked 8 slices
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Onions, chopped 1/2 cup
Eggs 6 ea.
Mission® Flour Tortillas, 6 inch 6 ea.
Cheese, grated 4 oz.
Green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup
Salsa 4 oz.
Avocado, sliced 1 ea.
Ranch dressing 4 oz

Method

  1. Warm the bacon in a sauté pan with a little oil then set aside to drain. Add the Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and onions into bacon grease and fry slightly. Add the eggs and scramble.
  2. Line the center of the flour tortillas with grated cheese. Put egg mixture on the tortillas and top with green peppers and bacon; fold tortilla sides over.
  3. Serve warm with TABASCO®-spiced ranch dressing, salsa and avocado slices.
