Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs 4 ea.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Bread, toasted and buttered 4 slices
Lean ham 4 slices
Aged Cheddar cheese 4 slices
Fresh herbs, for garnish


  1. Whisk eggs and add TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, and add half of the egg mixture, tilt pan so eggs cover the base, cook until set and then remove from pan.
  3. Repeat with the remaning egg mixture.
  4. Roll up omelets and cut into slices.
  5. Top warm toast with ham, omelet spirals and cheese.
  6. Cook under a hot grill until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.

Yield: 2 sandwiches
