Ingredients Weight Measure
Lentils (preferably French green lentils) 1 cup
Red onion, minced 1/4 cup
Orange juice concentrate 1 Tbsp.
Renée’s® Savoury Balsamic Vinaigrette 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Goat cheese, crumbled 4 oz.


  1. Boil lightly salted (kosher salt is best) water.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer and add lentils. Cook 25 minutes.
  3. While lentils are cooking, mix together all the remaining ingredients, except cheese.
  4. Drain lentils and allow to cool to room temperature.
  5. Add mixed ingredients and crumbled cheese on top.

Yield: 6 servings
