Ingredients Weight Measure
Cod steak, boned 7 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Black olives, pitted 5 oz.
Capers 7 oz.
Anchovies 7 oz.
Fresh parsley, chopped 2 oz.
Garlic cloves 6 ea.
Olive oil 6 Tbsp.
Breadcrumbs 1 cup


  1. Pan fry the cod skin down to seal; set aside on a baking sheet.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a food processor and blitz for a few seconds, taking care to leave them coarse.
  3. Stir in breadcrumbs to bind.
  4. Spoon the mixture equally on top of the cod steaks and bake in a 400°F oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Serve hot with baby new potatoes and side salad.
