PASTA WITH SPICY GREEN PESTO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Basil 6 handfuls
Pine nuts 6 handfuls
Olive oil 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 1 oz.
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pasta, cooked 63 oz.
Pine nuts, toasted, for garnish 7 oz.

Method

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor and blend until still coarse to make pesto.
  2. Toss pesto with pasta and top with toasted pine nuts.

Yield: 12 servings
