Red onion, large, diced 1/2 ea.
Red pepper, diced 1/2 ea.
Green pepper, diced 1 ea.
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Yellow tomatoes, cored, seeded, diced 2 ea.
Red tomatoes, vine ripe, cored, seeded, diced 2 ea.
English cucumber, seeded, diced 1 ea.
Pineapple, peeled, cored, diced 1/4 ea.
Kiwis, peeled, diced 2 ea.
Mango, peeled, diced 1 ea.
Granulated sugar 3 Tbsp.
Cilantro, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Caribbean Jerk seasoning 2 Tbsp.
White & black sesame seeds, toasted 3 Tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
V8® Juice 32 oz.
Water 1 cup
Mandarin oranges, canned, with juice 10 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 8 shakes
Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Coconut, shredded, for garnish 6 oz.


  1. Place all ingredients, except coconut, in order listed into large bowl. Stir lightly for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve in large, chilled pasta bowls, 8 to 10 oz. serving per bowl. Sprinkle shredded coconut over middle of the bowl for garnish.
