Ingredients Weight Measure
Passionfruit juice 1-1/2 qts.
Dark rum 12 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp. + as needed
Sugar 1-1/2 cups
Allspice, ground 1 tsp.
Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp.
Cinnamon sticks, 4"-5" 12 ea.
Pineapple wedges 12 ea.


  1. Chill 12 6-oz. martini glasses.
  2. Mix passionfruit juice, rum and 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Chill 30 minutes or more.
  3. Rub additional TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce around rims of glasses, inside and out, about 1/3".
  4. Mix sugar and spices thoroughly. Dip rims of glasses into sugar mixture so they are evenly coated to 1/3".
  5. Place 5 oz. of juice mix into each glass.
  6. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and pineapple wedge.
