FIRE & ICE MARTINI

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mango rum 12 oz.
Pineapple rum 12 oz.
Citrus rum 12 oz.
Pineapple juice 12 oz.
Grenadine 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.

Method

  1. For each drink, combine in a shaker with ice 1 oz. mango rum, 1 oz. pineapple rum, 1 oz. citrus rum, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1/4 oz. grenadine and 1 tsp. TABASCO® Sauce. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Add another 1/4 oz. grenadine and do not mix.
  3. Garnish with an umbrella, pineapple slice or orange slice.

Yield: 12 servings
