Vodka 1 liter
Red chipotle peppers, dried 1/2 oz.
Plum tomatoes, ripe, chopped 6 cups
Red onion, chopped 1 cup
Green grapes, seedless 4 cups
Cucumber, seedless, chopped 3 cups
Cilantro, chopped 3 bunches
Tomato juice, low sodium 11-1/2 cups
Pineapple juice 2 cups
Lime juice 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.

TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Kosher salt as needed
Pineapple wedges 20 ea.
Lime wedges 20 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce as needed


  1. Soak dried red chipotles in vodka for 48 hours in order to infuse vodka into them.
  2. Blend plum tomatoes, red onions, seedless grapes, seedless cucumbers and cilantro in blender until smooth.
  3. Add tomato juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce. Whisk until combined. Chill 24 hours. Stir or shake well before serving.
  4. To serve, combine lime juice and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce in saucer. Dip rim of each pint glass in mixture and then in kosher salt. Fill glass with ice. Add 1-1/2 oz. vodka-infused chipotles to glass. Fill glass with gazpacho mix. Garnish with pineapple and lime wedges.
