Step One

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Canola oil 1 Tbsp.
JalapeƱos, chopped 2 ea.
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Pepper, cracked 1/4 tsp.

Step Two

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mangoes, skinned and diced 2 ea.
Kiwis, skinned and diced 2 ea.
Roma tomatoes, diced 4 ea.
Green onions, chopped 1 bunch
Cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup
Black beans, drained and rinsed 1 #303 can
Shoepeg corn, drained and rinsed 1 #303 can
Pine nuts 1 cup
Cheese, shredded, for garnish as needed


  1. Mix all ingredients from Step One together in a large bowl. Set aside for Step Two.
  2. Mix ingredients from Step Two together with mixture from Step One. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. To serve, sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese. Can be served as a dip, a topping for broiled or baked fish or as a side dish for any meat entree.

Yield: 18-20 servings
