PICO DE FRUTA CON TABASCO® CHIPOTLE PEPPER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Roma tomatoes 12 ea.
White onions 3 ea.
Cilantro, fresh 2 bunches
Mango 1 ea.
Papaya 1 ea.
Strawberries 12 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Oregano, dried 1 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Kosher salt to taste

Method

  1. Quarter then seed and medium dice roma tomatoes.
  2. Skin and dice onions.
  3. Rinse cilantro, dry and then finely chop.
  4. Peel and small dice mango.
  5. Peel, seed and small dice papaya.
  6. Wash and remove stems and crowns of strawberries. Quarter strawberries; then quarter them again.
  7. Combine all ingredients with TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, TABASCO® Original Red Sauce, oregano, oil and salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips, quesadilla, or nachos.
